How do you store your frozen harvest?

This year, for the first time, I have a lot of frozen bags of vegetables. I have green beans, peas, corn, broccoli, and will have cauliflower soon. It's all in food saver bags. For those of you who do this regularly, how do you store those bags? I have some in plastic grocery bags, some in plastic tubs, etc. The grocery bags don't store neatly, the plastic tubs take up a lot of space. Any other ideas that you've found helpful/useful? TIA.

Chest or upright freezer? After blanching are you flash freezing them on cookie sheets before bagging? Which type of Foodsaver bags - pint, quart, rolls that let you make your own? Long skinny bags made from the rolls will lay flat. Are you freezing in portion sizes or not?

Great questions!

Upright freezer. I am flash freezing some, others not. I am mostly using the make your own size bags, but also some quarts. I am freezing in portion sizes.
