Would this Salsa recipe be safe?

I'm new to canning. Last year I started making my own Hot Sauce. This year I want to make my own Hot Salsa.

Would this recipe be safe?

All vegetables in this recipe will be roasted including tomatoes before canning using the Hot Water Bath Method.

1/3rd Sungold Tomatoes

1/3rd Yellow Sweet Peppers/Yellow Hot Peppers/White Onion.

1/3rd 5 percent Apple Cider Vinegar.

I will also add some powdered spices and enough Citric Acid to preserve the color.
