Pressure canning fresh left overs?

I just cooked a beef stew in my crockpot for the day and have some leftovers. Can I pressure can the leftovers? If I can, does it have to be the "pressure " method? Can I use the boil method?
If not, can I at least pressure or boil can the gravey/juice that is left over?
