| Anyone canning in South Africa? I've been canning all my life in the Midwest USA, but am now looking for a canning community in northern South Africa. Where can I buy a second hand (aka, not a new Chinese made) pressure canner and several dozen jars? Thanks in advance |

| We had one member post from South Africa some years ago but it was clear from the challenges she faced that home pressure canning there was a rare phenomenon. IIRC, she actually ordered an All-American stateside, which given the cost of shipping, represented a significant investment. Carol |
