RE: Mullberry juice?

Hi, Your mulberries should be fine, I just finished canning mixed wild berry juice from bags of frozen berries. I had elderberry, blueberry, mulberry and blackberry I needed to use up. Put them all in a big pot, added sugar and lemon to taste, poured in sterilized jars and BWB for 25 minutes. You can read about this on my blog listed after this post.

But here is a site with a nice idea for mulberry juice.

Hope this helps. Kim
