I have a unit that I accidently got to hot. Please dont ask how. In any case it warped a couple of the trays. Since it was heat that caused them to warp I am suspecting that I can use heat to reform them. Any suggestions on how to do this thats.

What kind of trays are we talking about? What made of? Stainless steel can be fixed to a large degree with a vise and a blow/propane torch or similar heat source, a metal hammer and an anvil or similar hard surface. Aluminum is a lost cause IME.
