Hi All, So, I've been making preserved citrus for years now. Everything from lemons, oranges, kumquats, etc. Well, this season I made a quart of preserved oranges and they are fermenting? This has never happened to me before. I'm half tempted to just throw them out. Has anybody had them ferment on them before? Thanks

I'm too scared to taste them! The only thing I've ever fermented before is Sauerkraut! lol

Sorry, you made me smile. Check out the " Preserving oranges, Lemons, Limes" thread on this site. If you go to my post you will read about my fortunate, accidental fermented lemons.
