So I want to make these muffins and it calls for 2 apples and blah blah balh sugar and cinnamon etc etc...melt it all together, this is the apple pie part of the muffin ...problem is I didn't have but one apple but what I did have was.....Ta Da! Plenty of Apple Pie Jam........

Now we are talking some fine muffins.....I always put marmalade in my banana nut bread so I knew it would work ...the marmalade makes the bread super moist and tasty....the jam not only adds flavor to the mix but makes it moist too. Next time you are running low on apples for your muffins or cake.........think LindaLou....
