New Harvesting People

YMaddox started an adopt a newbie thread on the Seed Exchange forum several months ago. The goal of having 100 newbies has been reached and there will be a lot more people havesting and preserving this year. I'm going to direct them to this forum for guidance and to answer their questions.

I'll mention it at my Master Food Preserver class too.
Yep, I finally have time to take the class. Yay!!!
I'm half way through so I guess I'm Half A Preserver right now. Grin!

It's amazing even after 30 years of canning that you can always learn something new. For me, it's mostly been the science behind the "rules". I've always hated science, but at least now I'm more open-minded to it than in high school.
