malabar spinach chips rather than kale chips?

Has anyone made malabar spinach chips? Fresh okra that is broiled or roasted at high temperatures isn't slimy. Have to ask if malabar spinach would react the same way, because I haven't mastered kale chips yet. Thank you for any insight. :-)

Never done it but I would think they would be very fragile. Crumble into dust? Kale has a more extensive rib development. JMO
