| Asparagus aplenty here in Misery (the "show-me" state). Last night brushed some with olive oil and put under the broiler for a few min before adding to a garden salad. Yum! (Also toasted some almonds to add)
Question: Can asparagus brushed with olive oil and broiled or grilled be safely canned? |
