| DH wants to try the "Eat vegan til 6:00" plan. It's not really a diet diet. You basically eat vegan for breakfast and lunch, then eat a regular healthy dinner. It sounds smart without starving yourself!At least you aren't eating cabbage soup for days and days! I would especially like grab and go breakfast ideas! I'm OK with make ahead things for lunch that I can heat up at work, but breakfast is hard! We don't like to eat first thing in the morning and don't have access to a microwave until lunch! Also, how do you do a tufu scramble? What makes it taste like eggs? Any ideas/recipes/websites would be great! Thanks! Nancy |
