I purchase mine from a few different places.

If you have a local True Value or Ace Hardware store, they are happy to order some for you if they don't stock them. That works for me when I just need a few dozen.

For bulk lids (I buy them 48-60 boxes at a time), I have used Lehman's in Ohio for "generic" lids or Fillmore Container in Pennsylvania for Ball brand.

I use Lehman's. If you have an Amish store in the area they usually carry bulk sleeves of lids too at a great price.

I use the bulk lids from Lehmans. They say they are made in USA.

FYI all of Ball's jars and lids are made in the USA. Not sure why they don't say so on their packaging. You would think with competition being made in China they would promote the fact.

I never buy anything from China if I can help, and absolutely would not buy any food from China. They have a long track record of lying about the ingredients in everything (remember the melamine in dog food and baby food, put in to boost the "protein" levels???)--who would know if those canning lids were made of toxic lead???
If I am boiling it with food, I want it made in the US or other country with consumer protection laws which are enforced.
