I have. I use a maslin pan I ordered from England through Amazon for the jam. It wasn't too pricey, but it took awhile getting here. The water bath canner is Victorio dual purpose (water bath or steam) induction ready.

I have been unable to find a ferrous metal pressure canner, unless you include Kuhn Rikon pressure cookers, which presumably can be used for canning. I'd advise against using them for such. One just can't be certain that a high enough pressure has been achieved and maintained.

I should point out that my induction is not the same brand.

I read somewhere that some cycle on and off, though I doubt that would be much of a problem since it's unlikely the cycle would be more than a second or two, which shouldn't compromise a pressure cooker. I'm willing to be corrected.

Does anyone have any real data on this?

Thanks, Deborah. I guess I just need to do some experimenting with them. I keep one of the burners in the motor home and it has a wide, but not too deep pan that came with it that might work.

I use an inexpensive stock pot that I bought at target that has a magnetic bottom. For the reasons above I have to pressure can on a regular stove. For bwb I use the rack from the pc in the bottom of the stock pot.
