Not for canning but for fresh use and fridge storage:

Fire & Ice Pickles

Of course you can also always take a jar of sliced jalapenos and a jar of B7B pickles and just dump them together into a bigger jar and store in fridge.

For canning you can use the NCHFP approved recipe for B&B pickles and add dried hot pepper flakesor dried hot peppers to it.

When you make Bread and Butter pickles, couldn't you just replace some of the cukes with jalapenos?

As long as it is a straight vinegar recipe, sure. If it is a diluted vinegar recipe then maybe not.

Dave, why can't you do it if it's a diluted vinegar recipe?
