Very cool to see the photos Deanna! I've been using them for several years and knew they were amazing, but never did a direct test! I've found they make a HUGE difference on things like zukes and cukes, which stay crisp and fresh in them for weeks...

I have been using them for a couple of years and they're great. Even the grocery store green bags in the produce section are better than the clear ones.

We don't have green bags in the grocery store here. Only clear. I hate them. I do reuse them to carry my lunch to work, wrap homemade bread (2 or 3 thickness), line my "compost cup" at work, etc.

I try to use re-usable grocery bags too, but produce is always an issue. I wish they would come up with a little re-usable basket that you could bring with you and put all your produce in while shopping. Then, at the register, they would take it out, weigh it, ring it up and put it right back in there. No darned plastic required!!! I feel weird putting the produce directly into my grocery totes...like somebody will think I'm trying to steal it, when I just want to NOT use the plastic bags!!

Maybe I'll have to find my own! See how they like that!

OK, I'm climbing down off my soapbox, gonna go have some more coffee (like I need THAT!) and get back to work.

Here the supermarkets are offering cloth bags with carry handles and sometimes give them away free, or just a $1 each.
