| Nice photos you are posting, Tracik3! I pickled green tomatoes a couple of years ago. I personally don't care much for the texture of the tomatoes I did, but they add extra flavor to potato and pasta salads. |

| I'm not sure where you are located but I'm from Louisiana and we eat these with fried fish. Its so good!! And thank you! I am really enjoying canning! I wish I had a bigger garden now. lol |
