Its ok. Its from that recipe I posted earlier and you said you would add more vinegar. I did add 1 1/2 cups the recipe called for 1 cup. I have more green tomatoes I am going to make it again tomorrow with just the 1 cup of vinegar. It was a little too vinegary for me.

That's one of the recipes I was wondering about the sugar. Its got 1 cup in it.

You could reduce it in that recipe but it will taste different. Like I said, start out with just 1/2 c, cook a bit then taste and see if it needs more. Most relishes are supposed to be sweet - like sweet pickles - since they are used on meats. But there are dill recipes of course, you might prefer them.

So, we ate some of this last night with fried fish and it was really good!!

We had some that was similar that someone gave us and compared the two and liked the one I made a lot better.

Its a keeper!!
