Grapefruits?

I need a way to preserve about 30 lbs or more of grapefruit. We are moving so I can't freeze the juice, which is what we normally do.
I was thinking jams, jellies, chutney or in syrup. I don't have my Ball book as I already packed it. Would anybody be so kind as to post their favorite grapefruit recipes?

Honey crimson grapefruit. It's basically grapefruit sections in a syrup made of honey and cranberry juice concentrate. I think the recipe is in the ball book, but I'm linking a recipe I found on a google search.
