| I did not allow enough head space while canning quart apricots. The jars are not vacuuming down. I need some guidance. Thank you for your input.

| Did you get to hear the pinging?? :) A canner's dream. Some jars will pop down while still in the canner and some after they sit on the counter for awhile. Deanna |

| I would say about a quarter inch. I will keep an eye on them. |
