Anyone have a recipe for Strawberry Salsa that could be canned to share? I saw some at a farm stand recently and wanted to try it (if it is safe) as my family LOVES strawberries. Thanks!!

The only ones I know are for fresh eating or fridge storage. Google pulls up many recipes for it.

I have never heard of one that has been tested and approved for canning because it still has all the low acid ingredients. Of course you could always make and freeze it.
