Assuming it was a safe pickling recipe to begin and with an approved ratio of vinegar to water then you can just re-process them. New lids would be required and even reheating and re-jarring them if it wasn't a highly acidic food.

In this case I would remove the rings and lids and reset them to clear the vacuum and just BWB process the jars.

What you have a fake vacuum seal so processing is still required.
