| I've got a kitchen table full of spaghetti squash and am wondering if any of you have a good method for saving it. I've read a little bit about freezing it in freezer bags after cooking it. Has anyone done this? |

| It freezes well. Far as I know that is the only available option for preserving it other than root cellar storage. I have thought about trying to dehydrate some to see how it worked but have gotten around to trying it yet. Dave |
