Dairy Queen sauce recipe

I had this recipe saved before but my computer was hit by a virus and I lost a lot of things. I was wondering if anyone had this recipe and would share?
I also have lots of garlic, first year planting it, and I need some recipes for using it. I've heard of garlic jelly and would like to try that. Anyone have a recipe to share? Thanks. Marg

Sorry. I meant the chocolate ice cream sauce that hardens when poured over the ice cream.

Several recipes for chocolate shell sauce pulled up by Google. This one is pretty standard ingredients. This in NOT a canning recipe however if you were thinking of trying that, not with the chocolate and all the butter.

As for garlic and how to preserve it there is a discussion just a few threads down the page here. It can be dried, pickled, roasted and frozen, powdered, etc. The link below covers most all preservation methods.
