I am making spicy tomato juice (I out veggies in it but no more then 1 cup per 7lbs of tomatoes which I read in a few places) and want to make some in half pint jars. Should I just process them the same time amount as my pint jars?

Yes, smaller jars are always processed for the same amount of time as the jars called for in the instructions. 1/2 pints use the pints time.
