| Hi, I have about 8 pounds of White Nectarines that I am not sure what to do with. I am jammed out, so would like suggestions on something different. Have only a water canner, so nothing too low acid. Please share your ideas! I tried to search the forum but it come back with nada.
Thanks, Heather |

| Do you like relishes and chutneys? There are several recipes for fruit relishes they would work good with. http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/how/relish.html and chutneys: http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/how/chutney.html And fruit pickles: http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/how/fruit_pick.html And you can always make Pickled Nectarines using the Pickled Peaches recipe. Or you can freeze them plain to mix with other fruits later in the season. Dave |

| Pretend they're peaches and can them as halves or slices. |
