| Hi Everyone! I've been lurking on this forum for a few years, and it's taught me a lot as I've started BWB canning and dehydrating. I just took the plunge and ordered an All American 21.5 qt pressure canner. I'm really looking forward to canning low acid veggies, chicken stock, and prepared foods. I'm sure I"ll be a bit more active here now, so I just wanted to say hi. Happy harvesting! Liz |
