Forgotten Pickling Cukes

Just got back from a much needed vacation and found an ice cream bucket of pickling cukes in the refrigerator. Right before we left, my hubby and kids picked them (and pulled the plants because we're tired of dealing with them) but we just forgot about them in the rush to get away. They're not wrinkled or anything but I don't think they'd make good sliced pickles at this point. Any suggestions of what else to do with them? Or do I just right them off and toss 'em out?

Thanks!
