Try soaking them in ice water for a few hours (I've left mine in ice water - with lots of ice - for up to 8 hours). I'm assuming you meant cucumbers, not already prepared pickles. ?

That's the big advantage to growing your own whenever possible. Agree that an ice water soak is the best option. Adding some Pickle Crisp to the water will also help.

B&B pickles are soft by nature so other than relishes it is the best use for soft cukes.
