Dried/Dehydrated Okra "Chips"

We just returned from a vacation trip that included the North and South Carolina region. While there, we visited a farmers market where upon we found a vendor selling bright green crisp okra pods.. They were very flavorful and crunchy. My okra is about 4 feet tall and will soon be in full production mode... So wondering if the crispy bright green dried okra is something that can be prepared at home or if it requires commercial equipment. Comments or recipes anyone?

I cut them in about 3/8 " slices and fry them with just a tiny bit of oil until crunchy without any breading. Just salt and pepper.

I have tried a recipe, link below, that is very good also.

Here is a link that might be useful: okra chips recipe
