| I want to can these peaches but they are cling peaches and very small. I thought I could cook them down whole and then remove the pits and skins like I do with sandplums.I have an easy system that works well. I cant find any info on if this is ok to do it this way.
Is there a reason why it would not work? Thank you all Kim |

| Oh thanks Dave. I guess when I search I am not using the right terms I even use google to lead me back here. Anyway I am off to clean peaches!!! |

| If I could find some tiny peaches, I would make a batch of whole, pickled peaches. |
