Pear Juice using Breville Juicer

I have such a glut of pears I thought I would try canning pear juice to use in future for canning light fruit rather than using a syrup solution. My question is: When my husband juices for me he just puts the whole pear through including skin. Now there is a lot of pulp that comes out the other end but is it safe to can this juice with the peel juiced in with the fruit? It is a greenish color but tastes great. Should I heat it, and just can it? or should I strain it after heating and then can?

I have thought about peeling them all and then putting them through the juicer but that defeats the ease of having a juicer and I could just as well put them in a stock pot and add a little water adn then strain. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you for any of your responses
