| Just finished harvesting the last of my tomatoes and decided to try a Green Tomato Relish. So good and a wonderful way to use green tomatoes, IMHO. Thought y'all might want the recipe I used. I used a food processor to chop the tomatoes, onions, and peppers. worked very well. |

| Sounds good. It is almost identical to the standard NCHFP recipe for Green Tomato Relish many of us use. Dave |
