Hi all, if anyone on this site will have the right info it is this forum. I post regularly on the fruit and orchards forum. I have way too may Concord grapes this year and need to remove many from the vines now before they ripen. Is there anything I can do with them? Many thanks, Mrs. G

RE: Green Concord Grapes

You can always make white grape juice with them. Or you can dehydrate them into white raisins. You can sub them for most any other fruit in the many chutneys or fruit relishes. And you can freeze them for a cold summer snack - just don't let them thaw. :)

I knew I would find a kindred soul here! Won't the juice be terribly sour? These are un-ripe black concord grapes. Thanks! Mrs. G
