| Today I was making dinner and part of dinner was sauteed zucchini, onions, sweet peppers, a few mushrooms, and a tiny hot banana pepper . I sauteed them in a little olive oil. I seasoned with a touch of soy sauce. As it was cooking,my batch of habanero gold was sitting on the counter soaking, which got me thinking, So I took 2 tablespoons of it and stirred it in! Wow is it yummy! It would be great over some rice, I was out so I just eat it as is!!! Toss in some Chicken and what a great sweet n sour spicy dish!
Just thought I would share. I am always looking for different ideas, and would love to hear what others make with things they can! Let me know if you try it! |

| It's very good on grilled fish or chicken, too. |
