The Good Stuff Cookbook by Helen Witty

I stumbled upon this today at Goodwill - someone had been looking at it and left it on a table. I might never have noticed it on the shelf.

I understand it contains updated recipes from The Fancy Pantry, which I heard about on this forum. Does anybody have any particular recipes (canning or other) that are must-tries?

I have Fancy Pantry rather than The good Stuff, so the recipes may be different. From Fancy Pantry, I love the ginger marmalade - although I have only made it when I can find the elusive stem ginger. I also make the blueberry and orange preserves and blueberry syrup - I have adapted this recipe for peach syrup also. My niece regularly makes and gives me pear honey and the peach jam with brown sugar and rum - and they are delicious.
The best ketchup recipe I have found is in Witty's earlier book, Better Than Store Bought.

I think about half the recipes are from Fancy Pantry, some have been revised. I've made the Rummy Peach (as I call it, forget what she called it) from recipe posted here, knew Fancy Pantry was a recommended book.

I'll try some of the syrups, not sure about ketchup since we don't tend to use much (DD uses it on her veggies, I put it on meatloaf and sometimes we'll use it with mustard on burgers - other times we like BBQ sauce, or tomato and mayo).

Thanks.
