| I am finally going to break out my new pressure canner this week. I am taking it to the extension office tomorrow to get it checked. I would likke to start by trying beans. Does anyone have good recipes, or directions for beans?

| Green (string/snap) beans or dried beans? NCHFP provides the directions for doing both as does the Ball Blue Book. Dave |
