Has anyone canned Bodacious corn?

Has anyone canned Bodacious or other SE/se hybrid? Did it stay bright yellow or start to caramelize in the pressure canner? I'd love to can some up, but I'd rather freeze it if the color is going to turn.

I haven't canned corn, or any other pressure canning for several years. My daughter told me one of her favorite foods was always the home canned corn. Usually the super sweet corns would turn a light brown color - I assume the sugar was caramelizing in the pressure canning process.

Thanks.

IME most any variety of corn will tan up somewhat over time when canned but you can eliminate much of the color change just by adding Fruit Fresh to the jars as we do. Just use per label directions.

Otherwise, freeze it.
