| My problem is after I have processed the jars in a BWB some of them have little air bubbles. I tried to get the air out of each jar prior to processing and even though I followed the recipe some have air in them. What should I do with them if anything? Thank you |

| Some bubbles will inevitably remain. Despite your best efforts, it's almost impossible to eliminate all bubbles. The salsa is still fine. Eat it with confidence. Carol |
