I know that a few years back I posted a similar question but couldn't find it with a search. I made some plain peach sauce back then and loved it so much it didn't last very long. I don't remember my source at the time and all the recipes I'm finding now are bar-b-que or salsa type sauces. I think I just used an applesauce recipe and used peaches instead. Would there be any safety issues? I would also like to add a few strawberries to the mix. Thanks, Lori

It would be fine. I would add some Fruit Fresh or ascorbic acid to it to keep it from turning dark. I add it to all my fruit products.

Thanks Linda, I thought that is what I did but couldn't remember. Lori
