I am not a pickle expert but I would let them stay in frig for a while. The dark cloudy sediment should settle at the bottom. All pickles do get cloudy. It depends on the material.

Cloudiness is natural for fermentation, as long as you don't detect mold, the smell remains fresh and there are no signs of decay in the beans.
