| They are on about day 4. I carefully used the correct brine salinity, from JoP. They don't have a layer of yeast on top. Temperature has been around 65. I'd hate to lose them, as I think they are the last of my crop this year. |

| I am not a pickle expert but I would let them stay in frig for a while. The dark cloudy sediment should settle at the bottom. All pickles do get cloudy. It depends on the material. |

| Cloudiness is natural for fermentation, as long as you don't detect mold, the smell remains fresh and there are no signs of decay in the beans. Carol |
