I left 2 gallons of juice on the stove ,burner off, all night. Would it still be good?
I was so tired processing apples I just fell into bed.
I did 5 gallons of applesauce out of the first apple picking. I have 2 more apple sessions and then pears.

Taste it...and tell us.
We can't tell you.

I will admit that I've done this once or twice. If it tastes fine, I would still boil it for 10 minutes to be safe. Then process.

DH ended up getting me a small dorm fridge. (He works at a university, so there are lots on the curb in May). We took out the shelf, and it perfectly fits my large canning pot. During canning season I plug it in on my enclosed porch. At times like this, I can just put my pot in to refrigerate overnight - no worries about warming up the whole refrigerator.

It tastes fine.
I will boil it and use it this week and can my next batch for the baby.
I think I will get an extra frig for canning season, that would come in handy. I also realized last night my freezer was stuffed. I had planned on putting the juice in there and then when it wouldn't fit forgot it.
