| After my last failure, I read the directions carefully, added the H20 to the jars, processed for the correct amount of time, and voila, finally managed to can 7 quarts of green beans! Now, I know this isn't a lot for some of you but it is only my second try at doing this and the first was a dismal failure, so I'm pretty happy. I hope they look okay. Thanks for all the help! |
