Good Morning,
I did a search and couldn't come up with anything. I thought I read that there was no way to can pumpkin butter except for storing in the refrigerator? I'm just checking. I don't want to make any poison.

You are correct. The link below has a very thorough explanation of why home canners should not can pumpkin or winter squash butter.

Pumpkin butter freezers very well. This is the best long-term storage option.
