Yesterday I made pear honey and I am unsure if I processed the filled jars in the boiling water long enough. I was supposed to process them for 10 minutes but I'm concerned that the water may not have been boiling for the full 10 minutes. The lids have sealed. Would it be any problem for me to process them again, just to be sure?

You could but honestly I wouldn't worry about it. It isn't just a matter of setting the jars back in the pot and re-boiling. It would require using new lids and could break the set of the honey. The worst risk is molds.

Your choice.

Thank you, Dave! That's what I was hoping to hear.
