| Wondering about wine and cider vinegars, here. I know pH strips are not accurate enough. Any home chemists in the house? |

| You'd need an acid titration kit and everything it contains plus a calculator. :) They are available from wine making supply stores. Dave PS: As for "reasonable", $249.00? |
