Any reasonable way to determine % acid of homemade vinegar?

Wondering about wine and cider vinegars, here. I know pH strips are not accurate enough. Any home chemists in the house?

We only recommend using the homemade vinegars for salad dressings and things, not for food preservation.

You'd need an acid titration kit and everything it contains plus a calculator. :) They are available from wine making supply stores.

PS: As for "reasonable", $249.00?

Here is a link that might be useful: Acid Titration Kit
