Split carrot uses

We have an awful lot of huge split carrots in the garden. I'm assuming its from the large amount of rain we had all year. Just wondering what to do with them, are they still ok to grate for cakes and muffins and freeze? What else? Guessing they won't taste as good for fresh eating to save in the fridge

Taste one and find out. I would be surprised if they taste bad. Use them as you would other "regular" carrots.
