Food Preservation site

Is there one organization website that I can go to to keep up to date on food preservation rules? Currently, I rely on my Grandma for my canning and freezing directions and I'm pretty certain not all of her methods are the most up-to-date. Just wondering who the authority is for such things. I just want to go one place and feel certain that's the correct method.
