| I was recently gifted with about 30 pounds of freshly threshed wheat. My intention is to grind it into flour for baking, however, it seems just a bit "damp" to me, like it needs to dry or cure for a while before grinding. Is this just my perception? Currently, it is in a canvas bag in my garage. Also, if anyone can tell me the best way to store it until grinding. TYIA. Steve |
